Our visit was highlighted by a lovely breakfast spread featuring freshly brewed coffee and pastries. The convenient tram stop nearby made exploring the city a breeze.

We dealt with a bit of initial confusion during check-in due to system errors, and the lack of a kettle in the room was a noticeable gap.

Parking situation is a real headache!!! Navigating the garage is not for the faint-hearted. Plus, the absence of coffee machines in the rooms is a huge oversight that needs addressing!!!

the bar was closed most of the time, which was absolutely ridiculous. i noticed a stink in my room and the air conditioning was ancient and dusty. honestly, i woudl ve been pleased with a little upgrade or at least some bottled water to ease the discomfort. i almost gave a decent review, but just couldn’t.

the breakfast had a reasonable selection of items but could use more variety. the shower can be noisy from others.

Enjoyed our five-night family stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Special thanks to Monica and Jose for their attentive service. Delightful breakfast choices, though sometimes slow to replenish. A coffee tray in the room would enhance the experience. Don't forget to explore the on-site restaurant!

the hotel is located right next to the beautiful zubizuri bridge, making it super easy to walk to the guggenheim museum and old town. the staff are really friendly and helpful, giving us great tips for exploring the city. our room was clean, quiet, and comfy which made our stay even better. breakfast was an excellent start to the day with lots of choices. we loved the vibe around the cafe and the atmosphere.

My room lacked a fridge, which was a bit inconvenient, as I needed to store certain items. The bathroom had a broken shower mechanism that made it tricky to control the water. Plus, my view was restricted, as I faced an interior courtyard that felt cramped and dark. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, which was annoying when I needed a solid connection. Parking was a hassle. maneuvering a larger vehicle in the garage was tight, and there were additional fees to consider. Lastly, breakfast became chaotic when a tour group showed up, making it hard to enjoy the meal in peace.
